Black screen
The radio or navigation system will not start, the screen stays black, or the unit does not respond when the car is switched on.
Boot loop / Restart
The unit keeps resetting itself. The system starts up, freezes on the logo, switches off or keeps starting again and again.
No sound
The radio works, but there is no sound from the speakers. The problem may be in the radio, amplifier or wiring.
Radio asks for a code
After disconnecting the battery, replacing a module or buying the car, the radio asks for a PIN code or blocks access to functions.
Crackling in the speakers
You can hear crackling, dropouts, noise, or individual speakers stop working.
Screen does not respond
The image is visible, but the screen does not respond to touch, the buttons work at random, or functions are unavailable.
No GPS
The navigation system does not establish position, loses the GPS signal or shows the wrong location despite the system being on.

Write what is happening in the vehicle, state the make, model and year. Add a photo of the device, the error screen or the nameplate sticker, if you have one. On that basis, we will initially assess whether we can help.

Not sure whether to remove the radio, screen, amplifier or another unit? We will advise which component to check, how to prepare it for shipping and how to pack the parcel safely.

We confirm the fault and quote for the work
In the workshop we carry out diagnostics, confirm the source of the problem and define the scope of work. We send a quote for approval. We only start work after your approval.

We repair, test and return
We remove the cause of the fault, test the device and send it back safely packed for refitting. Every repair we carry out is covered by a warranty.
If, after inspection, it turns out the problem lies elsewhere or the unit is unlikely to deliver a lasting result, we will tell you before we start work.

Car audio service – repair of OEM factory audio systems
OEMatic is a car audio service that works only on factory units fitted by car manufacturers. We repair car radios, navigation systems and amplifiers, as well as multimedia modules that in a modern car work with the screen, steering wheel and sound system. We do not deal with replacements fitted instead of the original unit, such as Android radio-navigation systems. As a result, all our knowledge and equipment focus on OEM vehicle electronics.
Mail-in car audio repair from across Poland
We do not need the car for car audio repair. All we need is the removed unit. Our workshop is in Sochaczew: you can send the module by courier from anywhere in Poland or deliver it in person by prior arrangement. Before sending, please provide the car make, model and year, a description of the symptoms, and photos of the unit and the identification label. Based on this, we will prepare a free initial quote. We confirm the exact cost after inspecting the module, and we only start the repair once you approve it.
Factory car audio in cars and lorries
We service factory audio and navigation systems in passenger cars of many makes, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Volkswagen. You can find the full list in the brand search tool. We also deal with radios and navigation systems from lorries from DAF, MAN, Scania and Mercedes. When a unit asks for a code after the battery has been disconnected or after replacement, we can help with unlocking radios and navigation systems.
Repair or replacement of factory car audio?
A used module from the market can be cheaper to begin with, but it does not always suit the car's equipment. After installation, it may need coding or only work partially. Repairing the original unit keeps it matched to the vehicle, and whether it is worthwhile is up to you after the assessment and once you know the cost. If you are not sure whether the fault concerns the radio, amplifier or another module, describe the symptoms before removal. We will then determine which units to send.
