Meet OEMatic – a specialist service for factory audio electronics
OEMatic is a mail-in service from Sochaczew. We do not repair everything. We focus on refurbishing selected factory OEM audio systems.

Where others could not, we knew how.
We turned that advantage into OEMatic – an independent service for factory car audio units.
It all began in 2003 — when factory audio electronics in premium cars were still a novelty, and repairing them was terra incognita for most services.
The first jobs mainly involved amplifiers and radios for BMW and Mercedes. It quickly became clear that there was a niche here that nobody was serving properly: authorised dealers were proposing replacement of entire modules for several thousand złoty, general workshops were shrugging their shoulders, and the used-parts market was offering yet more examples with the same hidden fault.
The answer was specialisation. Instead of widening the offer to more types of units and more brands, we went deeper — into an ever better understanding of specific systems, specific faults and specific methods of permanent repair.
Today we serve private customers and workshops from across Poland and Europe. Over 90% of repairs are handled by mail. Every unit that reaches us goes through the same standardised process — diagnosis, refurbishment, testing, warranty.
One thing has not changed: we still only do what we are truly good at.

Years of work have allowed us to develop
our own repair methods
Specialisation, not breadth of offer
In the service industry, the temptation is always the same — to take on everything so as not to lose jobs. We go in the opposite direction. The narrower the specialism, the deeper the knowledge, the higher the effectiveness and the greater the responsibility for the result that we can take on ourselves.
We repair only factory OEM audio systems. We do not repair engine electronics, we do not do installations, and we do not accept aftermarket units. This is a conscious decision — not a limitation.
Our own repair method for Logic7
One of the breakthrough moments in OEMatic's history was the proprietary refurbishment method we developed for Logic7 amplifiers from Mercedes-Benz cars.
Logic7 is a system that for years was considered repairable only by replacing the entire module — because of the complexity of the main board and the typical damage caused by corrosion. We developed a component-level refurbishment method that makes it possible to repair faults in these amplifiers without replacing the entire module. We provide a 24-month warranty on the refurbishment carried out.
This is not the only case where we went where other services stopped. But it is a good example of how we understand specialisation.
Diagnosis before repair — always
We do not repair blind. Every unit that comes to us undergoes diagnostics to confirm the fault under laboratory conditions. If we cannot confirm the fault, we do not repair it and we do not charge any costs.
This protects the customer from paying for a repair they do not need. And it protects us from taking responsibility for results we cannot guarantee.

You pay for the result, not for the work done
For typical, recurring faults we use fixed repair prices. That means we take the risk ourselves — we do not pass it on to the customer during the repair in the form of a growing bill. You know how much you will pay before you approve the job. If you decide not to go ahead, we return the equipment at no cost.
Written warranty
For the services performed, we provide a written warranty of 12 or 24 months, depending on the service. You will know its scope before approving the repair. In the case of a refurbishment covering the entire unit, the warranty applies to the whole module, not just the originally repaired fault.

Who you will speak to, and who will look after your audio equipment
When you send equipment worth several thousand złoty by courier to an unknown company — you have the right to know who to.

Each one comes with a written warranty, is preceded by diagnostics, and tested before being sent back. We do not count those we refused to repair — because that is part of our work too.

370 Google reviews. We do not moderate them or ask for negative ones to be removed. All reviews are from real customers and describe specific models and faults.
"It is no coincidence that the most difficult
cases from all over Europe come to us."
Units come to us after failed diagnostics, repair refusals and costly replacement proposals. We check what is actually damaged, whether the original module is worth saving, and whether we can repair it so that the problem does not return.

We work with authorised and reputable workshops in Poland and Europe
A significant share of our jobs comes from car workshops and authorised dealers in Poland and Europe. They send us equipment they do not undertake to repair themselves — because they know it will come back repaired, with a warranty and on time.
