OEM audio electronics are a narrow specialism. Most car workshops — even very good ones — do not have the equipment, the knowledge or the time to diagnose and refurbish factory amplifiers, navigation units or radios.
The result? The customer hears 'we don't repair that' and goes elsewhere. Or they are offered a full module replacement for several thousand, which they do not accept anyway.
OEMatic works as a subcontractor invisible to the customer. You take the job, send the equipment to us, collect the repaired module with warranty and pass it back to the customer. If you wish — with your own warranty seal.

OEM car amplifier repair
No sound, crackling, bass dropouts, loud pops, flooding or power surge. We diagnose and refurbish factory BOSE, Bang & Olufsen, Harman Kardon, Logic7, Burmester, Dynaudio and other OEM amplifiers.
Factory navigation repair
Black screen, rebooting at the logo, system freezes, no response, a map fault or communication issue with the car. We inspect factory units integrated with the display, radio and vehicle equipment.
Car radio repair
The radio will not switch on, keeps resetting, loses sound, freezes or stops responding after the battery is disconnected. We help determine whether the fault lies with the radio, power supply, coding or another part of the system.
Radio and navigation

The radio asks for a PIN code, blocks functions or will not start after the battery has been disconnected, a module replaced or the car purchased? We help you regain access to the factory unit without guesswork or repeated attempts.

Diagnostics before every repair
We do not repair blind. Every unit that comes to us undergoes diagnostics to confirm the fault under laboratory conditions. If we cannot confirm the fault, we do not repair it and we do not charge any costs.
This protects the customer from paying for a repair they do not need. And it protects us from taking responsibility for results we cannot guarantee.

Independent car workshops
Our most common partner. An electrical or mechanical workshop that services premium cars — BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus — and regularly comes across audio electronics faults it does not repair itself. Average volume: 1–4 jobs per month.
Authorised workshops (authorised dealer)
authorised dealer that, instead of offering the customer a module replacement for 10–15 zł thousand, commission us to refurbish the original unit. The customer pays many times less, and the authorised dealer keeps the relationship. We work, among others, with VW, Ford and Porsche authorised dealer.
Auto electricians
Electrical specialists who do not have the equipment to refurbish SMD and BGA electronics. A permanent partner for difficult cases — especially after flooding and voltage surges.
