Service fulfilment takes place immediately and is usually completed within 14 working days from the date on which the Service Provider receives the parcel containing the unit to be repaired or upgraded.
Detailed information on the completion times for each Service is included in the offer sent to the customer by the Service Provider.
We return the units for which the Service has been performed to you via a carrier (courier), to the address given in the order.
You can also collect the repaired equipment in person from our premises in Sochaczew at ul. Stanisława Staszica 86a, on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00.
The Service completion time may change if the customer changes the scope of the Service being performed.
