Toyota Touch 2 ATI1602 is a factory multimedia system by Panasonic fitted in Toyota Corolla, C-HR and RAV4 models from 2017–2022.
On the manufacturer's label you will find the CV-RS19E1AE designation, and the part number starts with 86140-… (e.g. 86140-0K330, 86140-02D40, 86140-02D41). The screen is 7″ and has two knobs: Power/Volume on the left and Tune/Scroll on the right.

CarPlay does not start
CarPlay does not start after the phone is connected. The cause may lie in the radio electronics rather than the cable or the phone. We confirm it after checking the module.
USB charges and cuts out
The phone charges for a second, then cuts out and the cycle repeats. This may be a sign of damage to the circuits handling the USB port on the main board. We check the module and determine the scope of repair.
No USB mode selection
There is no option to select USB connection mode on the screen (e.g. charging/data transfer). This may be due to damage to the USB interface in the radio. We determine the cause after checking the module.
Damaged USB socket
The USB socket may be mechanically damaged, for example during radio removal. Once we receive the module, we check whether the fault is mechanical or lies in the board electronics.
We connect the removed module and check the operation of the USB port and the reaction to connecting a phone. After checking, we confirm the scope of work and the price.
Electronics refurbishment
We repair damage to the circuits responsible for USB port operation on the main board. We only carry out the repair after accepting the scope and the price.
Test and return
After the repair, we test the unit and prepare the module for dispatch. We issue a written warranty and send back the tested unit.
Repair your own radio or buy a used one?
A used radio from an advert has an unknown history. We refurbish your unit, and the repair does not change its coding.
You do not need to bring the vehicle in. Describe the problem and we will help you work out what to remove and send. After inspection, you will receive a quote for approval — only then will we start work.
Write what is happening in the vehicle, state the make, model and year. Add a photo of the device, the error screen or the nameplate sticker, if you have one. On that basis, we will initially assess whether we can help.

Definitely recommended. Very fast repair and very good, speedy communication. Information was available at every stage of the repair request process — an online repair management system. The unit (radio) was already meant to be written off and replaced with another used one. Fortunately, I accidentally found the OEMatic blog while looking for a replacement, and it saved me from replacing it with another used unit, which would have been a loss for the appearance (the fronts of the replacements I found were not in such good condition, and all of them were older than my unit from pre-facelift models); the newer ones were more expensive than the repair. The Harman-Kardon amplifier in my BMW F33 was flooded, so I decided to hand it over to OEMatic. A quick check to see whether it could be saved — yes! it could! A few days later the amplifier was back with me after repair.
For a moment I also had doubts whether only the amplifier had been damaged by the flooding, because I lost the ability to set the time and information such as instant fuel consumption or average fuel consumption disappeared; after a phone call I was told that this can happen because of a break in the car’s CAN circuit due to the amplifier being absent.
The theory proved correct, and fitting the already repaired amplifier helped and all the functions returned.
I hope the amplifier will serve for a long time to come and without faults.
