The Zenec ZE-NC5011D is a navigation radio by Zenec dedicated to Opel: Antara (from 2007), Astra H (2007–2010), Zafira B (2007–2011) and Corsa D (from 2007).
The unit supports steering wheel controls and connects to the car computer via the CAN bus. It also connects to GID, CID and TID displays, and the button backlighting is orange.
The security code is chosen by the user and is four digits; it remains active until the unit is disconnected from the battery. Before submitting, send a photo of the sticker with the part number and a description of the symptoms. You send just the removed module to the workshop.

Freezes on the logo
The unit stops on the logo and does not go any further. We check the module and determine the scope of the software repair before starting work.
It resets and restarts
The unit starts up and then switches off again or restarts. We confirm the cause after checking the module and suggest a software repair or replacement of damaged components.
Blocked security code
After entering random codes, the unit can lock permanently and no longer allow code entry. We also reset such a unit.
The touchscreen does not work
The touch panel does not respond or works incorrectly. We check the module and repair the software or replace damaged components if necessary.
We connect the removed module and diagnose it in our workshop. After checking it, we confirm the scope of work and the price before starting the repair.
Software repair
We repair the unit’s software. If the fault requires a component replacement, we determine this after checking the module.
Parts replacement and testing
If needed, we replace available spare parts and test the unit before sending it back. After repair, we pack the module securely and return it.
Repair of your own unit
We repair your unit instead of replacing it with another one. You make the decision after the scope of work and price have been presented.
You do not need to bring the vehicle in. Describe the problem and we will help you work out what to remove and send. After inspection, you will receive a quote for approval — only then will we start work.
Write what is happening in the vehicle, state the make, model and year. Add a photo of the device, the error screen or the nameplate sticker, if you have one. On that basis, we will initially assess whether we can help.

Definitely recommended. Very fast repair and very good, speedy communication. Information was available at every stage of the repair request process — an online repair management system. The unit (radio) was already meant to be written off and replaced with another used one. Fortunately, I accidentally found the OEMatic blog while looking for a replacement, and it saved me from replacing it with another used unit, which would have been a loss for the appearance (the fronts of the replacements I found were not in such good condition, and all of them were older than my unit from pre-facelift models); the newer ones were more expensive than the repair. The Harman-Kardon amplifier in my BMW F33 was flooded, so I decided to hand it over to OEMatic. A quick check to see whether it could be saved — yes! it could! A few days later the amplifier was back with me after repair.
For a moment I also had doubts whether only the amplifier had been damaged by the flooding, because I lost the ability to set the time and information such as instant fuel consumption or average fuel consumption disappeared; after a phone call I was told that this can happen because of a break in the car’s CAN circuit due to the amplifier being absent.
The theory proved correct, and fitting the already repaired amplifier helped and all the functions returned.
I hope the amplifier will serve for a long time to come and without faults.

I have blocked the four-digit code. Can you unlock it?
Yes. Unlocking means recovering the four-digit user code, and we also reset units that are permanently locked. We will check the lock status after receiving the module.
The touch panel does not respond. What do you do?
We check the panel operation and repair the software. If necessary, we replace damaged components - we can supply most spare parts and confirm the scope after diagnostics.
Will I be charged for diagnostics if I decide not to go ahead?
No. If you decide not to proceed, or if the unit cannot be repaired or the fault lies outside the module, diagnostics and return shipping are free of charge. We start the repair after you accept the scope of work and the price.
