Which module is needed for inspection

Not every symptom immediately shows which unit has failed. With no sound, it is sometimes not clear whether the radio or the amplifier is at fault. That is why, before you arrange removal, write to us. Based on the description, we will establish which items are needed, so you do not remove anything from the car unnecessarily.

Part number sticker

The factory module has a part number sticker. A photo of it does two things: it confirms that the unit is original, and it lets us identify it without asking you for the radio model name. Also attach a photo of the front and provide the car year. If, in your Astra, an Android radio-navigation system is fitted instead of the factory radio, we will not accept it for repair.

Quote in two steps

First, based on the photos and description, we give an indicative quote. In your enquiry, describe what happens when it is switched on, whether the fault is constant, and when it started. The second step follows once the module has been delivered: we check it and confirm the exact price. We assess the unit itself, not the car, so the condition of the wiring and power supply in the car remains outside our inspection. We carry out the repair after your approval.
