Do you repair the factory radio and navigation in the Audi A6 C8?
Yes, we accept the factory radio, navigation and amplifier from this model. Factory origin is confirmed by the sticker with the manufacturer logo and part number.
Why do you need a photo of the sticker on the unit?
The sticker shows that the module is factory-fitted and includes the part number. Together with the fault description, it lets us prepare an initial quote before shipping.
I don’t know the name of the system in my Audi. Is that a problem?
No, you do not need to know the system or radio name. The year of the car, a description of the fault and photos are enough; we will ask for the part number if it is needed.
Do you need to bring the Audi A6 C8 to the workshop?
No, you send the removed module by courier from anywhere in Poland. You arrange removal and refitting locally, and we check the unit you send us.
When do you start repairing the module?
Only after checking the removed unit, confirming the exact price and receiving your approval. We do not start any work on the module without cost acceptance.

Factory modules from Audi A6 C8
We accept the original radio, navigation and amplifier from the A6 C8. Factory origin is confirmed by the sticker with the manufacturer logo and part number, so a photo of it is just as important to us as the fault description. If any of these modules has already been replaced in the car, or the unit has been opened, please let us know. We do not repair replacements fitted in place of the factory system, including Android radio-navigation units.
Information needed for the enquiry

- a description of the fault: what does not work and when it happens,
- photos of the unit or panel,
- photos of the nameplate sticker with the part number.
You do not need to know the model or system name of the radio. If the part number is needed, we will ask for it. We will provide an initial quote before the module is shipped.
Repair of the removed module
Only the module is sent to the workshop, from anywhere in Poland; the car stays with you, and you arrange removal locally. We check the delivered unit, not the car or its wiring. After checking, we confirm the exact price and only start the repair once you approve it.
