Frequently asked questions and answers

Repair of Citroën Jumper II radios, navigation systems and amplifiers: enquiry, module dispatch and quote.

Do I need to leave the Citroën Jumper II at the workshop while the radio is being repaired?

No, the vehicle stays with you. Only the removed module comes to the workshop, where we test it on site, and you arrange removal and refitting with a garage near you.

Where should I start with a Jumper radio enquiry?

With a short description: the car’s year, the symptoms, and a photo of the unit and the data sticker. On that basis we prepare an initial, indicative quote even before the module is removed from the vehicle.

Do you repair Android radios fitted in a Jumper?

No, we repair factory units, and we do not accept replacements fitted in their place. If you are not sure what is in the vehicle, send us a photo of the label on the unit casing.

What if the price changes after the module has been checked?

The initial quote is indicative, and we confirm the exact amount after checking the unit. The decision is yours, because we only start the repair after your approval.

Will you determine whether the fault is with the radio or the wiring in the vehicle?

We check the module supplied and on that basis determine whether the fault is on its side. The power supply and wiring in the vehicle are checked by the workshop that has the vehicle on site.

Repair of the radio, navigation system and amplifier in the Citroën Jumper II follows a fixed sequence with us: fault description, initial quote, checking the removed module, decision. The vehicle stays with you throughout.

Step one: description and photos

We start with information about the vehicle and what is not working. We need the Jumper's year, a description of the symptoms, and a photo of the unit or its front panel and the sticker with the part number. You do not need to give the radio model name. On this basis, we prepare an initial, indicative quote.

Step two: which module to remove

We accept factory radios, navigation systems and amplifiers. Before removal, we determine which items should be sent to us, so that nothing unnecessary is taken out of the vehicle. We do not carry out the removal ourselves, and we also do not assess the power supply or wiring in the vehicle. If the Jumper has a replacement unit fitted in place of the factory one, for example an Android radio-navigation system, we do not repair such a unit.

Step three: checking and approval

We check the supplied module in our workshop. After this check, we confirm the exact price and describe what needs to be done. The repair only starts after your approval. To make the check accurate, please describe the fault as precisely as possible:

  • whether the unit switches on at all,
  • what appears on the screen and whether the buttons respond,
  • whether the problem happens all the time or only from time to time.
