We divide faults of this unit into two groups. Software faults include the message “Please insert software CD!”, the “Software Update” screen shown immediately after switch-on, freezing and resets, no response to the NAVI button, and no device code. Hardware faults concern the unit itself:
- the touchscreen does not work or the display is shattered,
- the FM or GPS antenna socket has been pulled out,
- the buttons on the front panel are worn or damaged,
- the unit does not read CDs or SD memory cards.
