Unlocking Nissan LCN radio (and Suzuki MC EU) – “System is now locked”
Is your locked Nissan LCN radio showing the “System is now locked” error? We will unlock it non-invasively (without soldering) in 1 working day. See how we do it.
Unlocking Clarion Suzuki SX4 S-Cross radio — Enter Security PIN, System is locked
“Enter Security PIN” on the Suzuki S-Cross screen? OEMatic reads the code and unlocks the Clarion PS-4270B radio — 246 zł, 1 day, no visit to the authorised dealer.
Clarion QY-5002 Personal Lock – radio unlock
Do you have a Clarion QY-5002 radio locked with a “Personal Lock” message after disconnecting the battery? We offer unlocking of the unit or permanent removal of this lock.
Radio repair for Suzuki also covers factory navigation and the amplifier, if the problem concerns the original OEM unit. This matters when the unit works with steering wheel controls, the reversing camera or ignition logic. On this page, we are dealing both with locks in the Clarion from the SX4 S-Cross and with issues in LCN, Suzuki MC EU or QY-5002 units. A PIN or lock message does not yet mean an electronics fault, and no start or no sound does not automatically mean the unit needs replacing. That is why not only the symptom matters, but also what happened just before it appeared.
How can you recognise a fault in a Suzuki radio, navigation system or amplifier?
A fault is first identified by whether the unit stops at a lock screen or fails to complete a function. Messages such as “Enter Security PIN”, “System is now locked” and “Personal Lock” indicate active data protection. This can happen, for example, after disconnecting or flattening the battery, or after repeated incorrect code entries. In such a case, entering random codes can make the lock worse, while the unit itself may still be electrically sound.
A different picture is given by a unit that keeps resetting, freezes, does not respond to touch, does not light up or works without sound. In an amplifier, a warning sign is switching into protect, distortion or complete loss of audio despite the radio powering up. If the symptom returns after repair or after swapping the unit, the cause may also lie with the speaker, wiring or the vehicle’s power supply. If the tested unit works properly outside the car, the installation should be checked by a local auto electrician or mechanic.
How does the diagnostics and repair of Suzuki units work?
Diagnostics starts by establishing whether the report concerns a security lock, a fault in the radio, navigation system or amplifier. With the Clarion from the SX4 S-Cross or an LCN unit, the exact message on the display and a photo of the label are important. This helps to distinguish, at the outset, between a case that can be unlocked and a fault requiring an expert inspection of the unit.
The service covers factory OEM units, not Android replacements. After photos and a description, you receive a free initial quote; then you send the removed unit, and the repair begins after the cause has been confirmed and the cost approved by the customer. The inspection time depends on the unit model, the type of fault and the completeness of the information sent. Before return, the unit is tested, and the repair is accompanied by a written warranty depending on the type of service.
A precise description shortens the assessment and reduces the risk of choosing the wrong option between unlocking and repairing the equipment. Before sending, prepare:
- vehicle model and year,
- a photo of the front and the unit label,
- the exact message on the display or a description of the behaviour after switching on,
- information on what happened before the problem appeared,
- information on whether the unit powers up fully and whether there is sound.
What should you prepare before sending the unit for repair?
Before sending, you need to prepare a description that allows a data lock to be distinguished from an electronics fault. The message “not working” is not enough, because a state after an incorrect code is classified differently from no start or no sound. It is worth describing whether the unit stops at the PIN, resets, freezes, responds to touch or switches on without audio. It is equally important what happened just before the symptom appeared.
The photos should be clear and show the entire front and the label, because correct identification of the unit version depends on it. If the screen shows an error, it is better to photograph it in full rather than just write down the abbreviation. If the amplifier goes into protect or the sound disappears after a while, add whether the speakers and wiring in the vehicle were checked beforehand.
When is it worth choosing repair, and when should the unit be replaced?
Repair makes the most sense when you want to keep the original unit and its compatibility with the vehicle equipment. This applies to cases where the problem concerns locking, starting up, sound, backlighting or screen operation. If you want to keep OEM factory functions — that is, the equipment provided by the manufacturer — it is worth first checking whether the original unit can be repaired.
The cost-effectiveness of a repair can only be assessed after the removed unit has been checked; among other things, its completeness and the condition of the electronics matter.
With an amplifier, the decision also depends on the speaker installation. A short circuit in the wiring, a damp connector or a damaged speaker can put the module back into protect, i.e. protection mode. If the tested unit works correctly outside the vehicle, the installation itself needs further checking by a local auto electrician or mechanic.
Frequently asked questions and answers
Suzuki radio, navigation and amplifier repair: enquiry, module dispatch and quote.
Do you repair Suzuki factory audio and navigation?
Yes, we accept factory radios, navigation systems and OEM amplifiers from Suzuki cars. We do not service aftermarket replacements fitted instead of the original unit, and factory fitment is confirmed by the device label.
Is it worth repairing a Suzuki unit rather than replacing it?
After you describe the symptoms and send photos, you receive an estimated quote before sending, so you can compare repair with buying another unit. We confirm the exact price after checking the module, and we only carry out the repair after your approval.
How do I get a quote for Suzuki radio or navigation repair?
Send the car make, model and year, a description of the symptoms, and a photo of the front panel and the rating label. Based on that, we prepare an initial quote and confirm the final one after inspecting the unit.
Do I need to bring the Suzuki car in, or send the module on its own?
You do not bring the car in for testing, because we check the removed unit delivered to our workshop in Sochaczew. You can send the module by courier from anywhere in Poland or deliver it in person by prior arrangement.
What should I prepare before submitting a Suzuki repair?
Prepare the car make, model and year, a short description of the symptoms, and photos of the unit or panel and the rating label. If the problem concerns sound, we will determine which parts to send before removal.
