Factory modules from heavy vehicles
Alongside cars, we service lorries from DAF, MAN, Scania and Mercedes. The rule is the same: we accept the original radio, navigation system or amplifier, not replacement units fitted in their place. You can identify the factory unit by the sticker with the part number, so please send a photo of it. We do not repair Android radio-navigation units.
What to prepare
For an initial assessment we need:
- the vehicle model and year,
- a description of the fault,
- a photo of the front of the unit,
- a photo of the rating label.
You do not need to know the radio name. In your description, please state whether the unit powers up, whether there is picture and sound, whether it responds to the buttons, and whether the fault is permanent. If the problem concerns sound and it is not clear whether the radio or the amplifier has failed, before dismantling we will determine which parts are needed.
Assessment of the removed module
We provide an approximate quote first, and once the unit is delivered we check it and confirm the exact cost. We assess the module itself – not the vehicle or its wiring. We start work after your approval. We issue a VAT invoice for the repair, and payment can be made by bank transfer before the unit is sent back or cash on delivery.

Do you repair radios from Scania lorries?
Yes. In addition to cars, we also service heavy vehicles from DAF, MAN, Scania and Mercedes. We accept factory radios, navigation units and amplifiers once they have been removed.
Do I need to bring the lorry to the workshop?
No. Only the removed module is sent to the workshop, by courier or delivered in person by prior arrangement. We assess the unit, not the vehicle.
What do I need to prepare when submitting a repair request for a Scania G Series (pre-NGS)?
The vehicle model and year, a description of the fault, and photos of the front of the unit and the rating label. You do not need to know the name of the radio; photos are enough.
Will I receive an invoice for the repair?
